Finally, a healthy update!

As most of you have seen by now, I am a big man. And my girlfriend is very small. She used to be big like me, then she lost 60 pounds on Weight Watchers. She is currently exercising while I am typing to you all, lol. But I have a couple of announcements. Nothing is final, but we are working in a Chris Spangle weight loss program for this site, WXNT.com, and for the Abdul in the Morning show. We are very close to announcing every thing, and it is going to be massively entertaining. So expect to see me embarrasing myself in video as well as print and radio withing the next month. My goal is to lose 100 pounds! I expect to completely humiliate myself while hopefully inspiring some other fattys out there.

Secondly, my girlfriend, Samantha is completing a life-long dream of running in a marathon. She is raising money for a woman from Carmel, Patricia Johnson. Her goal is to raise $4,000 by October 1, 2008.

Here is what Samantha has to say:

You can “On October 19, 2008, I’m participating in a Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco, CA as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training program. I’m participating in honor of Patricia Johnson. Patricia Johnson is a Multiple Myeloma survivor. Patricia was diagnosed in 2007 with Multiple Myeloma and is now in “complete remission.” She currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with her daughter Elizabeth.”
