Episode 131: Lions of Liberty

Chris and Greg welcome Marc Clair of Lions of Liberty to the podcast. Then we guest on his podcast! It is a two for Tuesday!

Lions of Liberty Notes:

On today’s episode, host Marc Clair is joined by the hosts of the “We Are Libertarians” podcast, Chris Spangle and Greg Lenz! Chris and Greg discuss the unique format of their show, which involves a rotation of more than fifteen contributors from various political backgrounds. Marc, Chris and Greg note how today’s hot button political issues – such as marijuana decriminalization, questioning interventionist foreign policy and privacy right concerns –  have grown out of the libertarian movement. They delve into the GOP Presidential race by talking about Rand Paul’s “libertarian disease” and speculating why Ted Cruz, Donald Trump and even Bernie Sanders have been able to win over some of Ron Paul’s support from 2008 and 2012. They debate who is a bigger libertarian nerd – Justin Amash or Thomas Massie, and offer a guess why they believe Ted Cruz probably didn’t have much luck with the ladies in his youth.

All this and more in the latest episode of the Lions of Liberty Podcast!
